  5. Does all-inclusive include alcohol?
    No, alcohol is not included.
  6. Do we have to pay rental fees for roller skates, tennis rackets, etc.?
    Rental fees are not required for these activities.
  7. How do you get in the Champagne Towers?
    The entrance to the Champagne Whirlpool is on the fourth level. You step down into the whirlpool bath.
  8. Do all the rooms have bathrooms and showers?
    Yes, and they are luxurious!
  9. What is the weight limit of the Champagne Towers?
    There is no limit.
  10. Do you make snow all year round?
    It's a little hard to make snow in the summertime, but when it's cold enough in the winter months, we do make snow for our guests at each resort!
  11. What is the seating like in the Restaurant?
    Couples are seated with other couples - it's a great way to make friends and share stories, perhaps stories about how you met.
  12. Is there gambling?
    No.
  13. Are pets allowed?
    No.
  14. Are there Irons and Ironing Boards in the rooms?
    Yes, each room has its own iron and ironing board.
  15. Are there hair dryers in the rooms?
    Yes, each room has its own hair dryer.
  16. What is the deposit policy?
    To confirm your reservation, a $100 deposit must be placed on your reservation. Other deposit requirements may apply. Call for complete details.
  17. What is the cancellation policy?
    To obtain a refund, cancellation must be made 48 hours or more prior to arrival. A cancellation less than 48 hours prior to arrival will result in a forfeit of deposit. Other cancellation requirements may apply. Call for complete details.
