LAKEVILLE, PA – A touch of pop and country flair visit Caesars Pocono Resorts in the form of musical duo The Wreckers, performing live at Cove Haven Resort on Wednesday, August 29, 2007. The evening’s entertainment will begin at 8:30 p.m.
Known to many as “Nashville’s Leading Ladies,” The Wreckers have taken the country music world by storm since forming in 2004. Composed of singer/songwriters Michelle Branch and Jessica Harp, the duo released their debut album Stand Tall, Look Pretty in 2006, making it into the top five country albums in the United States. The Wreckers were recently nominated for a 2007 Grammy Award for “Best Country Performance by a Duo or Group” and were also nominated for “Vocal Duo of the Year” at the 40th Annual CMA Awards. The duo is set to join Keith Urban on the highly anticipated Love, Pain & the Whole Crazy World Tour, playing 36 concerts in 33 cities, beginning on June 8, 2007.
