CAESARS POCONO RESORTS PROMOTES PATTY WILLIAMS TO GUEST SERVICES MANAGER
MARSHALLS CREEK, PA - Caesars Pocono Resorts today announced the promotion of Patty Williams to Guest Services Manager at Pocono Palace Resort.
In her new position, Williams will be responsible for maintaining an exceptional level of guest services throughout the property. Williams will hire, train, supervise and schedule employees and strive to enhance guest experience while adhering to internal quality standards and procedures.
According to Pocono Palace Resort Manager, Phil Tumminello, “Patty has an outgoing personality, a wonderful work ethic and loves spending time with our guests. Everyone at Pocono Palace is excited that Patty has joined our resort team.”
Williams began her career with Caesars Pocono Resorts in April of 2001. Her previous supervisory positions include Assistant Restaurant Manager and Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
Williams, a native of Ireland, attended the School of Commerce in Limerick and moved to the United States 27 years ago. Married with two children, Williams currently lives in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.
