CAESARS POCONO RESORTS PROMOTES TARA BLOUCH TO RESERVATIONS SUPERVISOR
LAKEVILLE, PA - Caesars Pocono Resorts announces the promotion of Tara Blouch to Reservations Supervisor.
In her new position, Blouch will direct and manage the call center in the reservation department. Her day-to-day responsibilities include oversight of the call center staff and providing assistance to callers and agents who have special requests.
Director of the Customer Contact Center Mary Ann Olver commented, “Tara’s excellent customer service skills, along with her desire to learn and develop, will make her an excellent asset to the Reservations Team.”
Blouch currently resides in Moscow, PA, and attended Penn State University. She enjoys reading and bowling.
