CAESARS POCONO RESORTS PROMOTES DANIEL DRAKE TO SOUS CHEF
LAKEVILLE, PA - Caesars Pocono Resorts announced today the promotion of Dan Drake to Sous Chef at Cove Haven Resort.
In his new position, Drake will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of all food served and assisting the Executive Chef in ensuring quality standards and other department goals are achieved. Drake will report directly to Tim Jones, Executive Chef of Cove Haven Resort.
Drake attended Wallenpaupack Area High School and graduated from Northampton Community College with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. Drake previously worked in the Sports Palace at Cove Haven Resort. Prior to joining the Caesars Pocono Resorts team, Drake was the Kitchen Manager at Ehrhardts Waterfront Resort.
