CAESARS POCONO RESORTS PROMOTES GAIL BECHTOLD TO GUEST SERVICES SUPERVISOR
LAKEVILLE, PA – Caesars Pocono Resorts has announced the promotion of Gail Bechtold to Guest Services Supervisor at Pocono Palace Resort.
In her new position, Bechtold will be responsible for ensuring guests are properly welcomed, monitoring all lobby activity and attending to guests’ needs and requests. She will also assist in training new team members.
Bechtold has been with Caesars Pocono Resorts since 2002, most recently as a guest services agent.
Bechtold currently resides in Bushkill, PA with her husband.
