James Johann a more than ten-year veteran of the stand-up comedy circuit. His self-deprecating sense of humor and high-energy style all come together to create a unique onstage persona. James relies more on his brain than the profane; his comedy often hits upon the universal theme of failure, and providing a truthful and hilarious reflection of life as he sees it.

Besides headlining comedy clubs nationwide, James completed the 2003 ”Paying For The New Trailer” theatre tour starring Jeff Foxworthy & Larry the Cable Guy, performed in the “New Faces Of Comedy” category at the Montreal Just For Laughs Comedy Festival, was featured on Comedy Central’s Premium Blend and was part of The Slackers Tour, a national tour from one of the producers of The Blue Collar Comedy Tour, featuring the hilarious trio of Reno Collier, James Johann and Pat Dixon which played in clubs, casinos, and theatres across the country.

James can currently be heard on the Blue Collar Radio station on Sirius Satellite Radio.
